As part of this role, Kevin will become a member of the bank's Senior Executive Team, reporting to the CEO. Kevin has been with CIBC since January 2009. Redishred Capital Corp. (TSX-V: KUT) announced the appointment of Jeffrey Hasham as its new Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Hasham has been Redishred’s Chief Financial Officer since March 2008. Robert Crozier will be stepping down as the Chief Executive Officer. In addition to the appointment of Mr. Hasham to Chief Executive Officer, Redishred is also pleased to announce the appointment of Kasia Pawluk, to the position of Chief Financial Officer.

Toronto Community Housing announced that Len Koroneos will serve as Toronto Community Housing's interim Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Koroneos will perform the role on an interim basis until the company's new board of directors completes the search for a permanent chief executive officer later this year. Mr. Koroneos joined the company in September 2010 as Chief Financial Officer. He will continue to oversee the duties of the Chief Financial Officer together with the current management staff. Prior to joining Toronto Community Housing, Mr. Koroneos spent 22 years with a major health care services corporation operating in Canada and the United States, where he held senior management positions of vice-president taxation, treasurer, and vice president business development. He gained extensive experience in taxation, accounting, auditing and finance while working for KPMG, an international accounting firm.
Priszm Income Fund (TSX: QSR.UN) and its affiliates (collectively "Priszm" or the "Company") announced today that, in order to facilitate the sale of its restaurants, it has applied for and successfully obtained an Order from the Ontario Superior Court of Justice (Commercial Division) under the Companies' Creditors Arrangement Act ("CCAA"). As part of the Restructuring, the duties of the Chief Restructuring Officer will be executed by Deborah Papernick, the current chief financial officer of the Company.

Canadian CFOs on the Move – week ending March 11, 2011

General Motors (NYSE: GM, TSX: GMM) Vice Chairman and Chief Financial Officer Chris Liddell today announced that he will leave the company April 1, 2011. Dan Ammann will succeed Liddell as General Motors chief financial officer, effective April 1, 2011. Ammann, 38, is currently GM vice president, finance and treasurer. Since joining the company in March, 2010, Ammann has led the GM Treasurer's Office, based in New York, with operations around the world. Prior to GM, Ammann was managing director and head of Industrials Investment Banking for Morgan Stanley and was instrumental in many high profile assignments spanning a variety of technology, service, and manufacturing clients. A successor for Ammann in GM's Treasurer's Office will be announced at a later date.
Kinross Gold Corporation (TSX: K; NYSE: KGC) announced the appointment of Paul H. Barry as Executive Vice-President and Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Barry replaces Thomas M. Boehlert, who will be leaving the Company by mutual agreement to pursue other opportunities. Mr. Boehlert will remain with the Company for an appropriate period to ensure a smooth transition. Since 2009, he has been an independent consultant in Washington, D.C. From 2007 to 2009, Mr. Barry was Senior Vice-President and Chief Financial Officer of Pepco Holdings, Inc. From 2002 to 2007, he held several positions at Duke Energy Corporation, including most recently Senior Vice-President and Chief Development Officer. Previously, he held positions in business development and financial management at Amoco Corporation and General Electric Company.
Key Gold Holding Inc. (TSX-V: KGH) announced the appointment of Graham Warren to the positions of Chief Financial Officer, Corporate Secretary and Director of the Corporation effective immediately. Mr. Warren is a senior financial executive with over 25 years of experience with emerging companies in the oil and gas, mining, environmental, biotech and software sectors. He has extensive operations, international business, corporate finance and public market experience. Mr. Warren has served as Chief Financial Officer and Director of several public issuers.

Mr. Lim has been involved in numerous financings, mergers and acquisitions of public companies listed on TSX and NYSE.
Mega View Digital Entertainment Corp. (TSX-V: MVD) announces that Michael Lam has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer, replacing Felix Tung. Michael was formerly a Senior Manager with Deloitte & Touche LLP specialising in Canadian and U.S. public companies filings. Michael has previously also served as Group Accountant at Vive Synergies Inc., a manufacturer of special telephony products and as Manager at KPMG (Mauritius).

Mr. Yip has over 25 years experience in the mining industry, including 20 years with Echo Bay Mines Ltd. where he held finance roles of increasing responsibility, including Vice-President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer, before the company merged with Kinross Gold Corporation in 2003. Prior to his current role with Silver Standard, he was Chief Financial Officer for Asarco, LLC.
Viridis Energy Inc. (TSX-V: VRD) announced the appointment of Michele Rebiere as Chief Financial Officer. Ms. Rebiere has been the Chief Operating Officer of the Company. LOREX Technology Inc. (NEX: LOX.H) announced that its Chief Financial Officer, Jordan Schwartz, has left the Company in order to pursue other business opportunities. The Company has appointed David Mundy to act as interim Chief Financial Officer, effective immediately, while it searches for a permanent replacement. Mr. Mundy, a Chartered Accountant, practiced with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP from 1987-2000 in the firm's audit and IT practice areas. NovaGold Resources Inc. (AMEX: NG, TSX: NG) announced the appointment of Elaine Sanders to the position of Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Ms. Sanders joined NovaGold as Controller in March 2003, was promoted to Vice President Finance in 2006, was appointed Corporate Secretary in 2008 and has been Interim CFO since April 2010. Prior to joining NovaGold, Ms. Sanders worked in the high tech sector and in the assurance practice of Price Waterhouse. Canadian CFOs on the Move – week ended October 8, 2010
Prophecy Resource Corp. (TSX-V: PCY, OTCQX: PRPCF, FRANKFURT: 1P2) appointed Derek Liu to the position of Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Mr. Liu will be replacing Mark Lotz who will be leaving Prophecy to pursue other opportunities. Mr. Lotz will remain during the transition process. Most recently, Mr. Liu was the controller of Silvercorp Metals Inc., a position he held since 2006.
