Canadian CFOs on the Move – week ended September 3, 2010

Easton Pharmaceuticals Inc. (Pink Sheets: EAPH) announced that Lee Hendelson has agreed to join the company as Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining Easton Pharmaceuticals, Mr. Hendelson built a successful accounting firm in the United States.

Kinetex Resources Corporation (TSX-V: KTX) announced that the Company's Chief Financial Officer ("CFO"), Robert D. Ashauer, has resigned from the Company.

International Sovereign Energy Corp. (TSX: ISR) announced that Mr. Sharad Mistry was appointed Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer of the Company.

Galvanic Applied Sciences Inc. (TSX-V: GAV) announced the appointment of Pam Clarke to the position of Controller and Acting Chief Financial Officer.

Cirrus Energy Corp. (TSX-V: CYR) appointed John Bell as interim vice president finance and chief financial officer. John, a Chartered Accountant, joined Cirrus in November,2009 as Controller and was previously Controller at Zapata Energy Corp.

SAND Technology Inc. (OTCBB: SNDTF) announced that Bruno Martel will join the company as Chief Financial Officer, effective September 15. Current Chief Financial Officer Zainab Schwartz will leave the company on September 15. Mr. Martel was formerly Chief Financial Officer of Nstein Technologies, recently acquired by Open Text Corporation.

Ocean Park Ventures Corp. (TSX-V: OCP) announce the appointment of Tony M. Ricci as the Company's new Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Ricci will replace Mr. Wan Jung who has stepped down. Mr. Ricci is the current Chief Financial Officer of Keegan Resources Inc. He was a former director and CFO of Norsemont Mining Inc. and CFO of both Petaquilla Minerals Ltd. and Petaquilla Copper Ltd., companies with a combined market capitalization approaching $1 billion. Mr. Ricci was formerly with KPMG and AMEC Engineering Inc.

Acadia University announced that Darrell Youden has been named the University's new Vice-President Finance and Administration and Chief Financial Officer. Since 2000, he has been the Senior Executive Director of Corporate Services for the Nova Scotia Department of Education. His work experience includes senior financial, operations and human resource management positions with the Halifax County - Bedford District School Board and Nova Scotia Housing and Consumer Affairs. Between 1979 and 1990, Mr. Youden was a senior manager with Grant Thornton.

Globex Foreign Exchange Corporation announced that Craig Warnock joins Globex as Chief Financial Officer after working most recently as the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer for the City of Edmonton. Mr. Warnock has extensive expertise in the financial services industry, having spent 24 years from 1984 to 2008 at ATB Financial, in a number of progressively accountable roles, which included acting as an Executive Vice President and Treasurer.

Coastal Pacific Mining Corp. (OTCBB: CPMCF) announced that Joseph Bucci, a current director of the Company, has been appointed President and Secretary-Treasurer of the Company and will fill the role of Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer for the interim while the Company progresses in its projects.

Pacific Safety Products Inc. (TSX-V: PSP) announced the resignation of Shawn Sutton as CFO, and that Doug Lucky will take over both the positions of CEO and, for the interim, chief financial officer. Mr. Lucky most recently advised on and executed the restructuring of MTI Global Inc. (now Zuni Holdings Inc.). His prior experience includes being a partner and Senior Vice President at Ernst & Young LLP (Corporate Finance and Restructuring), partner at RBC Capital Partners, VP Finance at Silicon Optix Inc., and consulting financial executive to other public and private companies.
