Canadian CFO’s on the Move – week ended June 11, 2010

Lion Energy Corp. (TSX-V: LEO) announced that John R. Nelson, previously Vice-President, Exploration and Interim Chief Financial Officer, has recently become the Company's new President and Chief Executive Officer. Kevin Elliott has been appointed the Company's Chief Financial Officer with 25 years of diverse experience in Canadian and international oil and gas industries covering exploration, production and downstream operations in Canada and internationally. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Elliott held positions with BP, Gulf, Nexen, Petro-Canada and Tarim Resources.

Bell Copper Corporation (TSX-V: BCU) is pleased to introduce Timothy Lallas as the Company's new Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Lallas has worked previously in the Canadian Resource sector with Thompson Creek Metals Company Inc., Goldcorp Inc. and Teck Cominco Ltd. His most recent post was VP of Finance and CFO of Greystar Resources Limited.

Immunovaccine Inc. (TSX-V: IMV) announced the departure of its Chief Financial Officer, Mr. Gary Dodge.

Xerox Corp. says it has appointed Mandy Shapansky as president, chief executive and chairman of its Xerox Canada division, effective July 1. Ms. Shapansky, a chartered accountant, replaces Kevin Warren, who will become president of Xerox's U.S. Solutions group based at the company's Rochester, N.Y. offices. Ms. Shapansky had been chief financial officer and chief of staff for Xerox Canada. She joined the company 25 years ago.

The Brick Group Income Fund (TSX: BRK.UN) announced that David Merkley has been appointed Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Merkley is a Certified Management Accountant with more than 30 years of Canadian retail experience with Sears Canada Inc., listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange. Most recently he served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer.

TimberWest Forest Corp. (TSX: TWF.UN) is pleased to announce the appointment of Robert (Bob) Allen to the position of Vice President Finance and Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Allen is the former Chief Financial Officer of Ainsworth, where he worked for some six years. He has also occupied senior roles at Skeena and Western Forest Products. He started his career in 1986 with PriceWaterhouseCoopers, where he worked for five years as Senior Audit Supervisor.

INV Metals Inc. (TSX: INV) announced the appointment of Ms. Candace MacGibbon to the position of President and Chief Financial Officer, a promotion from her previous position as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer.

Pure Energy Visions Corporation (TSX-V: PEV) announced that Michael Hays has resigned as CFO of PEV and will continue as a consultant to the company. Mr. Hays will be replaced on an interim basis by CEO, Paul W Simmonds.

Devine Entertainment Corporation (NASDAQ OTCBB:DVNNF), announced that its directors and officers have resigned, including Richard Mozer, the Company’s Vice-Chairman and CFO.
